This means that we will be honest, truthful and 'up-front' with you at all times and we will honour our commitments to you.

In other words, if you say our business is lousy, then it is, no excuses.
4. We will acknowledge any letter that you write us before the end of the next working day, and respond to any email of fax message within one hour of havinfgreceived it.
5. We will process all your orders so as to have the correct parts despatched correctly, the same day the order is placed.
If your order is received too late to dispatch the same day, it will be processed and packed for despatch the next day.
6. Backorders are an unwelcome reality of our business.
If we cannot complete your order the day it is placed, unavailable items will be placed on backorder and the available items sent in time to fulfil standard 5. You will be notified of the status of the backorders, and at any time you may cancel them, without penalty.
7. Our people have the authority to make decsions for you without the need for referral.
This means you can ask anyhting of any of the sales team and they will be able to answer you immediately, without wasting your time by cobferring with management.
8. We will communicate with you frequently and openly as we build a win-win and long term partnership with you.
But communication works two ways, and your feedback is critical to our continuing to innovate and improve. So we're always looking forward to your ideas, your comments and your suggestions.
9. All parts purchased from us come with a guarantee.
If anything you buy from us dooeasn't fit or is poor quality, or you find that you cannot use it, you can always gt a "no questions asked" and immediate credit note.
